Library Services: Bibliographic Guidance and Document Processing Departments
The library staff are at your service to answer questions related to documentary research or practical inquiries regarding library services.
The electronic search system allows searching by author name, document title, or subject keywords via:

Library services also include borrowing, receiving purchase suggestions for documents, submitting theses and dissertations, and making them accessible on the portal.
The library offers multiple workspaces, including a reading room.
The Document Collection Management Department is responsible for:

Analyzing requests

Monitoring selections

Ordering, receiving, recording, stamping, and cataloging documents

Guiding users

Publishing regular lists of new acquisitions, processed and cataloged by the Cataloging Office
The Guidance and Bibliographic Research Department handles:

Providing general information on library services

Training users on using resources like search engines

Registering users and issuing clearance (quitus)
The library serves various categories of users: faculty members, staff, researchers, students, library visitors, and other beneficiaries. Access priorities are determined according to the library’s internal regulations.
Registration is done by filling out a registration form, presenting an ID card, and obtaining a user card. Library working hours follow the official library schedule.
