The Vice-Rectorate of the University in charge of Higher Education in the Third Cycle, University Habilitation, Scientific Research, and Postgraduate Training is responsible for the following:

• Monitoring issues related to the organization and proper conduct of postgraduate and specialized postgraduate training, as well as university habilitation, and ensuring the implementation of the regulations in force in this field.

• Monitoring research activities of research units and laboratories, and preparing assessment reports in coordination with faculties and institutes.

• Carrying out all activities likely to enhance and promote research results.

• Ensuring the proper functioning of the University Scientific Council and preserving its archives.

• Collecting and disseminating information related to the research activities carried out by the University.
