INSTRUCTIONS FOR AUTHORS
Prospective authors are kindly encouraged to contribute to and help shape the conference through submissions of their research abstracts, papers and e-posters. Also, high quality research contributions describing original and unpublished results of conceptual, constructive, empirical, experimental, or theoretical work in all areas of Applied Aerodynamics and Aeromechanics are cordially invited for presentation at the conference. The conference solicits contributions of abstracts, papers and e-posters that address themes and topics of the conference, including figures, tables and references of novel research materials.
ABSTRACT AND ARTICLE SUBMISSION PROCESS
Please ensure your submission meets the conference’s strict guidelines for accepting scholarly papers.

Submit your abstract (350 words maximum, Abstract Template CHEMSS 2026), followed by 4 to 5 keywords, in English, via the conference email.

PROCESS
All submitted conference papers will be blind peer reviewed by two competent reviewers.

Number of papers planned: 90
Oral presentations in two sessions: 60 (15 max per session)
Each presentation will be done in 10 minutes in addition to 5 minutes for debate. This requires 4h30 per session spread over 3 half-days.
Poster presentations: 40 (20 per session)
Posters will be displayed during coffee breaks which will last 30 minutes.
