Who is eligible for University Habilitation?
University accreditation is open to Lecturers (Category B) or Research Lecturers (Category B) who:

Hold a permanent position in the higher education and scientific research sector for at least three (3) years

Are ranked as Lecturer Category B or Research Lecturer Category B

Hold a Doctorate in Sciences, a PhD (LMD system), or an equivalent recognized degree

When and where is the University Habilitation application submitted?
Application periods for university accreditation are opened by the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research through two (2) application sessions per year.
Applications are submitted exclusively online via the PROGRES digital platform.Legal reference:
