2- Eligible Candidates for University Habilitation:
Candidates for university habilitation are faculty researchers or permanent researchers who meet the following conditions:

Have been actively engaged in higher education and scientific research for at least three years.

Hold the rank of Professor Lecturer, Grade B or Research Professor, Grade B.

Have obtained, at least one year prior, a Doctorate in Sciences, a Doctorate under the LMD system, or an equivalent degree.
