Our goal at the Intensive Language Learning Center (ILTC) is to promote the learning of foreign languages and their associated cultures. The languages offered include English, French, Spanish, Italian, German, Russian, Turkish, Korean, Arabic, and soon Chinese, among others.
ILTC training at Blida 1 University is available to all university students regardless of their backgrounds, including high school students, university professors, administrative staff, and any other adults from outside the university.
From a career and employment perspective, in today’s highly competitive job market, employers look for outstanding candidates. Knowing one or more foreign languages gives applicants a better chance of being selected.
In international academic exchanges, English remains the dominant language in global business, finance, and technology. It is beneficial for researchers—whether for long-term scientific training, short-term assignments, conferences, or teaching—to learn both English and the language of the host country (such as Turkish, Spanish, Italian, German, etc.). This facilitates their better integration into the community.
